Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting and using our Site, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of our Site, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use.

What Information Do We Collect?

Information You Provide Directly to Us: We collect information you provide directly to us when you make a purchase, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form, request information, communicate with us via third party social media sites, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, birthday and birth year, as well as other information you choose to provide.

Automatic Information: We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our Site, read our emails, or otherwise engage with us. We collect this information using various technology tools including cookies, web beacons, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, file information and similar technology (collectively, “tracking technologies”). For example, we collect information about your device and its software, such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, platform type, device type, operating system, date and time stamp, a unique ID that allows us to uniquely identify your browser, mobile device or your account, and other such information. We also collect information about the way you use our Site, for example, the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave our website, the pages you visit, the links you click, how frequently you access the Site, whether you open emails or click the links contained in emails, whether you make purchases, and other actions you take on the Site.

Information from Other Sources: We may receive information about you from other sources, including through third-party services and organizations to supplement information provided by you. For example, if you access our website or services through a third-party connection or log-in, for example, through Facebook Connect, by “following,” “liking,” adding the Bonnie Jean application, linking your account to the Bonnie Jean Service, etc., that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to Bonnie Jean. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. If you allow us access to your friends list, your friends’ user IDs, and your connection to those friends, we may retrieve your friends’ names, profile pictures, genders, user IDs, and any other information that you or your friends have made public in connection with that service. The information we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the third party, so be sure to evaluate your own privacy settings on each third party site and service you visit or utilize.

We may also obtain information about you from public sources. For example, we may supplement the information we collect with additional information from third party sources in order to verify information and/or provide more relevant marketing and ads. Furthermore, if you create or log into your account through a third party social media site, we may have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information, friends lists, photo, user profile URL, gender, birthday, work history, education history, interests, likes, status, posts to that site, and contacts on that social media site. The information we have access to differs across social media sites and depends on your privacy settings on that particular site.
